How to Return an Item

All items purchased from OSDisc may be returned within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or upgrade. USB drives carry a 1 year hardware warranty with free upgrades and restores.

Include the following with your return:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you would like a refund, replacement, or upgrade

Returns are typically processed within 1-3 days.

Important: Items must be packed sufficiently to prevent damage during shipping. USB drives should be packed in a padded or bubble mailer. We strongly discourage sending USB drives in letter envelopes without additional padding. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
