How to Return an Item

Most items purchased from OSDisc may be returned. Please see our Return Policy for details.

To return an item, simply mail it back to us at:

Include the following with your return:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you would like a replacement or a refund

Items must be packed sufficiently to prevent damage during shipping.

If exchanging an item, please contact us before mailing it back to ensure we will be able to complete the exchange.

Returns are typically processed within 1-3 days. If you ask for a replacement or exchange, the new items will be shipped back to you via the same shipment method as your original order (free of charge).
