OSDisc.com CDs and DVDs
May be returned for a full refund within 30-days of purchase for any reason. Damaged items will be replaced free of charge. Special order discs cannot be returned, but will be replaced if damaged.
USB Drives and SD Cards
May be returned for a full refund within 30-days of purchase for any reason. USB drive or SD card must be in like-new condition to qualify for refund.
For a minimum of 90 days after purchase, USB drives and SD cards may be reimaged with any USB/SD compatible distribution listed on our site, free of charge.
Books may be returned for a full refund within 30-days of purchase for any reason. Book must be in like-new condition, and the software pouch (if any) must be unopened.
