Include the following information when you send your order:

- A list of the items you would like to order
- Your check or money order (in U.S. dollars)
To calculate the total for your order:
- Add up the total cost of the items you would like to order
- Add to the subtotal the shipping costs for your order:
- For domestic (U.S.) orders: $2.95 for Standard Mail, or $4.85 for Priority mail. Standard mail is free for orders over $20.00.
- For international orders: $2.95 for Global Standard mail, or $10.85 for Global Priority mail. Global Standard mail is free for orders over $20.00.
