Automated Download and Installation of Operating Systems (ADIOS) is a live Linux CD and portable Linux teaching environment for routing, firewall design, and trusted systems.
ADIOS is a Fedora-based live and installation CD with support for User Mode Linux (UML) virtual machines, further enhanced by Linux Intrusion Detection System (LIDS) and Security Enhanced Linux (SELinux).
The objective of ADIOS is to quickly and easily download a consistent operating system environment onto laboratory PCs. The ADIOS environment provides students with administrative privileges so they can undertake advanced-level exercises in Network and Systems Administration.
