Parsix GNU/Linux 1.0r1

Parsix GNU/Linux is designed with the Linux kernel and software derived from the GNU project. It is a live and installation CD based on Kanotix and Debian Sid. While Kanotix is optimized for hard drive installation and high performance computing, Debian Sid gives you the latest support and development upgrades for the upcoming Debian release.

Parsix GNU/Linux is a complete GNOME centric desktop distribution that supports the Persian keyboard. Users can switch to Persian with the Alt+Shift keys. A multilingual dictionary and TrueType Persian fonts from the Free Persian Font project are also included.
